The EcogenO Genomics core facility supports you in all your NGS sequencing projects, from libraries to primary bioinformatics analysis. The platform also provides a wide range of other services related to high-throughput transcriptomics, antibiotic resistance gene detection, nucleic acid quality control (including large size) and single-cell technologies.
The platform offers you different prestations and available equipment (MAD), allowing you to directly access our equipment.
The platform is physically located on the campus of Beaulieu (Rennes, France).
